The type of humor in our products sells very well in our society.
Do
you sell wholesale?
Yes we sell to both retailers and distributors. For pricing, minimum quantities
and more information call 866- 883- GAME.
Are all of your products risqué in humor and content?
Overall we consider our games to be funny and “offbeat” in content
and style. We do cater to the consumer need for risqué humor, however
the level of “maturity” will vary in each game. Some have a high
level of maturity and others have none.
How
can we understand the level of maturity for each game?
We use the same scale for our products that the MPAA uses for TV/Movie ratings.
It is a guideline that the public is familiar with. This information is available
on our website.
G-GENERAL
AUDIENCES. All ages.
PG-PARENTAL GUIDANCE SUGGESTED. Some material may not be suitable for children.
PG-13. PARENTS STRONGLY CAUTIONED. Some material may be inappropriate for
children under 13.
R- RESTRICTED. Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian.
I have customers who have an interest in mature content, however a lot
of families also come into my store. How can I be fair in serving the needs
of both? I don’t wish to upset anyone.
All of Games Gone Wild’s products are packaged appropriately no matter
how they are rated (PG, PG13 or R). There is nothing offensive for conservative
customers or juvenile’s to view on the outside of the boxes. In addition
there is a clear description of the audience intended for each product and
warnings of mature content if there is any.
Have
you ever received any complaints about the content in your games?
Games Gone Wild, LLC and its retailers have never ever received any complaints.
We market honestly and responsibly. We give our customers the information
they need to make a choice.
What
about the quality of your products? I don’t like cheap packaging/material.
All of Games Gone Wild’s products are made with a very high standard
of quality. We use the same type of sturdy materials (cardboard, paper, dies,
glues, etc.) that you see in quality games like Trivial Pursuit and Cranium
for example. A quality look and feel is part of our product philosophy.
Where can I see samples of your game?
You can find images from our games in the games section of this site. You can see samples of the boxes, cards, rules and game components.
Where
do your products ship from and what about damaged goods?
The product ships via Fedex Ground (unless you prefer to use your shipping
account) out of St. Louis, MO. Orders are processed within a day of receipt.
Goods are insured with Fedex and damage is reimbursable.
What
are your return policies?
For returns purchasers have 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund
of the product (shipping not included). Cost and arrangements for return transportation
is the responsibility of the merchant and there is a re-stocking fee of $2.00
per case. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are unopened and in
original condition. Note: Shrink wrap must be unbroken for a return.
